Containeer aggregates, links and analyzes data derived from public, official government records and open data sources. This page lists each source, the licence it is provided under, and the attribution it requires. Containeer is independent: it is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by any of the organizations listed below.
1. U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission — EDGAR
Company filings and structured disclosures (annual reports, real estate schedules, asset-backed securities data under Regulation AB II, company submissions and XBRL financial facts) are sourced from the SEC's EDGAR system. Per the SEC's dissemination policy, "All Government-created content on sec.gov and EDGAR public filing content are free to access and reuse." Containeer accesses EDGAR in compliance with the SEC's fair-access guidelines.
