This website provides a business-to-business commercial real estate data intelligence platform: directories and analytics of properties, companies, transactions and structured credit derived from public government records, accessible via dashboards, search, an interactive map, an API and an AI assistant, under the conditions set out in the Terms of Service.
3. Conditions of use
Access to and use of the site implies acceptance of the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Users agree to use the site lawfully and not to perform acts that damage, overload or impair the Service or infringe third-party rights.
4. Intellectual property
The contents of this site — software, design, logos, text, analytics and database structure — are owned by Containeer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law, including sui generis database rights. Reproduction, distribution or transformation outside the license granted in the Terms of Service requires prior written authorization. Underlying public records remain subject to their source licences.
5. Liability
The owner does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in access to the site and is not responsible for the content of third-party sites reachable through links. Data accuracy disclaimers are set out in the Terms of Service.
6. Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts identified in the Terms of Service, without prejudice to mandatory rules on jurisdiction.
